I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim Pompeii! From the very beginning, Jim made me feel like family rather than just another customer. He was honest, genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly caring throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. What stood out most was how sincere he was. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. It was like having a trusted family member looking out for me. That kind of honesty, kindness, and personal attention is rare these days. Jim is an exceptional person, and I am beyond grateful for everything he did for me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Jim, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

Loving the car, smooth sale experience.
Loving the car, smooth sale experience. No negotiating on used cars. Raj/salesperson & Jessica/finance were both professional/courteous. Acuralink wasn't as ideal/easy for setup as I was told (missing information, email didn't work, had incorrect name was told it was due to it being previously leased?), required me to make 45-minute call directly to the number to fix but is now working.
