The mechanic and technicians Keith and Eli need to go back to school. Very Unprofessional, they told me I needed and engine harness and didn’t even install it right and charged me $500. my car sat for 2 months at the dealership had to get it towed out of there. Relays and wires were disconnected i. My car that i dissconected before i brought it there. Its like they half assed my job and didn’t care to work on it. My car was the only car i. The whole lot that had snow and was tucked in the corner of the dealship. Im very upset 0 stars.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. I could go on for days, but I will be posting more on social media as well as to the BBB, Yelp and various other social media platforms….

Horrible experience. Brought in my car for a crankshaft recall and ended up with a broken motor mount. They won't pay to fix it and won't return my calls. Service manager was supposed to call me multiple times and never did.

I spoke to Christian on Wednesday and told him I'd be

Leo greeted me like family walking through the door, worked hard to show me every option that might work and to understand my needs. We sat with Lucious the sales manager, who was also an absolute please to work with and gave me an amazing deal on both my trade, and the new vehicle. I had researched and knew what to expect, but the entire staff exceeded those expectations. I also got the opportunity to chat with Eric, the GM. Great guy, and very easy to want to do business with. When it came time to sign paperwork I met Claudia, who was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Overall this was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura check these guys out.

I must say that Acura of Berlin is very welcoming! It was my first time stepping in this dealership and it was very clean. It was my first time even considering the Acura brand. The hospitality and guest experience was extremely amazing. Lucius Ulett went above and beyond to really help me look for something that would suit my everyday needs. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to reach where I wanted to be payment wise as well. Jim Pompei was super helpful in walking me through everything in terms of what Acura is all about and the benefits to owning an Acura. It was my first time leasing/purchasing a car so there was a lot of information I had to take in. Tom Suchojad did walk me through the financial aspect and answered any and all questions that I had. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end. I appreciated all the support from these professionals as they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make car buying a breeze!

WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle
WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!!

The mechanic and technicians Keith and Eli need to go back to school. Very Unprofessional, they told me I needed and engine harness and didn’t even install it right and charged me $500. my car sat for 2 months at the dealership had to get it towed out of there. Relays and wires were disconnected i. My car that i dissconected before i brought it there. Its like they half assed my job and didn’t care to work on it. My car was the only car i. The whole lot that had snow and was tucked in the corner of the dealship. Im very upset 0 stars.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. I could go on for days, but I will be posting more on social media as well as to the BBB, Yelp and various other social media platforms….

Horrible experience. Brought in my car for a crankshaft recall and ended up with a broken motor mount. They won't pay to fix it and won't return my calls. Service manager was supposed to call me multiple times and never did.

I spoke to Christian on Wednesday and told him I'd be

Leo greeted me like family walking through the door, worked hard to show me every option that might work and to understand my needs. We sat with Lucious the sales manager, who was also an absolute please to work with and gave me an amazing deal on both my trade, and the new vehicle. I had researched and knew what to expect, but the entire staff exceeded those expectations. I also got the opportunity to chat with Eric, the GM. Great guy, and very easy to want to do business with. When it came time to sign paperwork I met Claudia, who was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Overall this was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura check these guys out.

I must say that Acura of Berlin is very welcoming! It was my first time stepping in this dealership and it was very clean. It was my first time even considering the Acura brand. The hospitality and guest experience was extremely amazing. Lucius Ulett went above and beyond to really help me look for something that would suit my everyday needs. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to reach where I wanted to be payment wise as well. Jim Pompei was super helpful in walking me through everything in terms of what Acura is all about and the benefits to owning an Acura. It was my first time leasing/purchasing a car so there was a lot of information I had to take in. Tom Suchojad did walk me through the financial aspect and answered any and all questions that I had. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end. WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle
WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!!

Leo greeted me like family walking through the door, worked hard to show me every option that might work and to understand my needs. We sat with Lucious the sales manager, who was also an absolute please to work with and gave me an amazing deal on both my trade, and the new vehicle. I had researched and knew what to expect, but the entire staff exceeded those expectations. I also got the opportunity to chat with Eric, the GM. Great guy, and very easy to want to do business with. When it came time to sign paperwork I met Claudia, who was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Overall this was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura check these guys out.

Very Unprofessional, they told me I needed and engine harness and didn’t even install it right and charged me $500. my car sat for 2 months at the dealership had to get it towed out of there. Relays and wires were disconnected i. My car that i dissconected before i brought it there. Its like they half assed my job and didn’t care to work on it. My car was the only car i. The whole lot that had snow and was tucked in the corner of the dealship. Im very upset 0 stars.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. I could go on for days, but I will be posting more on social media as well as to the BBB, Yelp and various other social media platforms….

Horrible experience. Brought in my car for a crankshaft recall and ended up with a broken motor mount. They won't pay to fix it and won't return my calls. Service manager was supposed to call me multiple times and never did.

I must say that Acura of Berlin is very welcoming! It was my first time stepping in this dealership and it was very clean. It was my first time even considering the Acura brand. The hospitality and guest experience was extremely amazing. Lucius Ulett went above and beyond to really help me look for something that would suit my everyday needs. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to reach where I wanted to be payment wise as well. Jim Pompei was super helpful in walking me through everything in terms of what Acura is all about and the benefits to owning an Acura. It was my first time leasing/purchasing a car so there was a lot of information I had to take in. Tom Suchojad did walk me through the financial aspect and answered any and all questions that I had. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end. Horrible experience. Brought in my car for a crankshaft recall and ended up with a broken motor mount. They won't pay to fix it and won't return my calls. Service manager was supposed to call me multiple times and never did.

WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!!

Leo greeted me like family walking through the door, worked hard to show me every option that might work and to understand my needs. We sat with Lucious the sales manager, who was also an absolute please to work with and gave me an amazing deal on both my trade, and the new vehicle. I had researched and knew what to expect, but the entire staff exceeded those expectations. I also got the opportunity to chat with Eric, the GM. Great guy, and very easy to want to do business with. When it came time to sign paperwork I met Claudia, who was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Overall this was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura check these guys out.

Very Unprofessional, they told me I needed and engine harness and didn’t even install it right and charged me $500. my car sat for 2 months at the dealership had to get it towed out of there. Relays and wires were disconnected i. My car that i dissconected before i brought it there. Its like they half assed my job and didn’t care to work on it. My car was the only car i. The whole lot that had snow and was tucked in the corner of the dealship. Im very upset 0 stars.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. I could go on for days, but I will be posting more on social media as well as to the BBB, Yelp and various other social media platforms….

I must say that Acura of Berlin is very welcoming! It was my first time stepping in this dealership and it was very clean. It was my first time even considering the Acura brand. The hospitality and guest experience was extremely amazing. Lucius Ulett went above and beyond to really help me look for something that would suit my everyday needs. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to reach where I wanted to be payment wise as well. Jim Pompei was super helpful in walking me through everything in terms of what Acura is all about and the benefits to owning an Acura. It was my first time leasing/purchasing a car so there was a lot of information I had to take in. Tom Suchojad did walk me through the financial aspect and answered any and all questions that I had. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. I could go on for days, but I will be posting more on social media as well as to the BBB, Yelp and various other social media platforms….

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. Brought in my car for a crankshaft recall and ended up with a broken motor mount. They won't pay to fix it and won't return my calls. Service manager was supposed to call me multiple times and never did.

WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle
WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!!

I spoke to Christian on Wednesday and told him I'd be coming in Thursday to see a vehicle. He would not be in, but set me up to see Leo. Leo greeted me like family walking through the door, worked hard to show me every option that might work and to understand my needs. We sat with Lucious the sales manager, who was also an absolute please to work with and gave me an amazing deal on both my trade, and the new vehicle. I had researched and knew what to expect, but the entire staff exceeded those expectations. I also got the opportunity to chat with Eric, the GM. Great guy, and very easy to want to do business with. When it came time to sign paperwork I met Claudia, who was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Overall this was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura check these guys out.

Leo was nothing short of amazing.
