Dealing with them at first was alittle shaking I almost felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like only then did they work with me the worst thing was all the lies that came out after purchasing the suv I wanted. First was the incorrect one owner second was the missing antenna that I told them after the fact and didn’t offer to reimburse me for then was told that my factory warranty was up when it actually was not then the two open recalls on the suv so if you want a nice car or suv yes just buyer beware do better research and oh yeah by the way was called the next day asking how I liked my new suv starting telling the salesman about what I found quickly said he would check into it and never called me back real good customer service once you buy your on your own

I was in between 2 models and he led me in the right direction with the appropriate amount of guidance and amazing knowledge about the vehicles. I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in. Overall, Jess, Kevin and Brandon did a fabulous professional job and I would highly recommend Acura of Berlin.

We went to look at SUV's and Raj came out to greet us. We took the Adx and RDX out for a ride. The RDX was definitely the one however monthly payments more than we wanted. Raj discussed leasing and then came back with a used one and in red which he knew was my color ??. He was extremely patient , saw us the next day to take it for a ride and reviewed all the numbers yet again. The customer service at this dealership was amazing. I have reached out for operational questions on the RDX and he responds with a detailed text. I would highly recommend this dealership and Raj

One of the best car buying experiences for me! Jim walked right up to me and helped me with a friendly and honest demeanor. I was in between 2 models and he led me in the right direction with the appropriate amount of guidance and amazing knowledge about the vehicles. Jim worked with me on price as well as getting the most out of my trade in. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Dealing with them at first was alittle shaking I almost felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like only then did they work with me the worst thing was all the lies that came out after purchasing the suv I wanted. First was the incorrect one owner second was the missing antenna that I told them after the fact and didn’t offer to reimburse me for then was told that my factory warranty was up when it actually was not then the two open recalls on the suv so if you want a nice car or suv yes just buyer beware do better research and oh yeah by the way was called the next day asking how I liked my new suv starting telling the salesman about what I found quickly said he would check into it and never called me back real good customer service once you buy your on your own

I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in. Overall, Jess, Kevin and Brandon did a fabulous professional job and I would highly recommend Acura of Berlin.

We went to look at SUV's and Raj came out to greet us. We took the Adx and RDX out for a ride. The RDX was definitely the one however monthly payments more than we wanted. Raj discussed leasing and then came back with a used one and in red which he knew was my color ??. He was extremely patient , saw us the next day to take it for a ride and reviewed all the numbers yet again. The customer service at this dealership was amazing. I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in. Overall, Jess, Kevin and Brandon did a fabulous professional job and I would highly recommend Acura of Berlin.

Dealing with them at first was alittle shaking I almost felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like only then did they work with me the worst thing was all the lies that came out after purchasing the suv I wanted. First was the incorrect one owner second was the missing antenna that I told them after the fact and didn’t offer to reimburse me for then was told that my factory warranty was up when it actually was not then the two open recalls on the suv so if you want a nice car or suv yes just buyer beware do better research and oh yeah by the way was called the next day asking how I liked my new suv starting telling the salesman about what I found quickly said he would check into it and never called me back real good customer service once you buy your on your own

We went to look at SUV's and Raj came out to greet us. We took the Adx and RDX out for a ride. The RDX was definitely the one however monthly payments more than we wanted. Raj discussed leasing and then came back with a used one and in red which he knew was my color ??. He was extremely patient , saw us the next day to take it for a ride and reviewed all the numbers yet again. The customer service at this dealership was amazing. I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in. Overall, Jess, Kevin and Brandon did a fabulous professional job and I would highly recommend Acura of Berlin.

Dealing with them at first was alittle shaking I almost felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like only then did they work with me the worst thing was all the lies that came out after purchasing the suv I wanted. First was the incorrect one owner second was the missing antenna that I told them after the fact and didn’t offer to reimburse me for then was told that my factory warranty was up when it actually was not then the two open recalls on the suv so if you want a nice car or suv yes just buyer beware do better research and oh yeah by the way was called the next day asking how I liked my new suv starting telling the salesman about what I found quickly said he would check into it and never called me back real good customer service once you buy your on your own

We went to look at SUV's and Raj came out to greet us. We took the Adx and RDX out for a ride. The RDX was definitely the one however monthly payments more than we wanted. Raj discussed leasing and then came back with a used one and in red which he knew was my color ??. He was extremely patient , saw us the next day to take it for a ride and reviewed all the numbers yet again. The customer service at this dealership was amazing.
