WE had a good rapport with Jim Pompeii. He explained all the issues with turning in my 2023 MDX, getting appropriate discounts and loyalty awards, etc. making a transition to the 2026 MDX easy. The only issue I was unhappy about was the color of the new MDX. I have had the same color Blue, which I loved for the last 2 leases but it was unavailable, discontinued, and I did not like the newer Blue offering. I settled for the Gray and it's OK but not as sharp as the previous Blue.

Jim made sure I had an appointment, made sure the car smelled good, looked clean, got it professionally detailed before I even laid eyes on the vehicle. The following day I showed up to purchase the vehicle with such excitement the car was in a 1000/10 condition. The sale went smoothly and quickly I was in and out in about less than a hour. My experience with Acura of Berlin was positive from the very beginning. I had already decided that I wanted the Acura MDX and was very determined to get one. I visited several dealerships while shopping around, but I wasn't able to get a price that I felt was right. When I came to Acura of Berlin, Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the experience comfortable and was genuinely invested in helping me get the right vehicle. Eric and Zeon were also great to work with and were able to give me a very good price, which ultimately made me decide to purchase from Acura of Berlin. I live quite far away, but the deal I received made the drive and the extra hassle absolutely worth it. After purchasing the MDX, I noticed a scratch on the passenger-side window glass that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The dealership took care of it and replaced the glass. The service department was also excellent and handled the issue smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience with Raj, Eric, Zeon, and the service department. Even though Acura of Berlin is far from where I live, I would make the drive again. The great pricing, excellent customer service, and support even after the sale made it completely worth it. I highly recommend Acura of Berlin.

My experience walking into Acura of Berlin was positive from the get go. Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted us and was very helpful in showing us and narrowing down what could be the right fit for us. He was very knowledgeable and the right combination of not pushy, but invested in the process. The test drive was great and I left really considering it, but needed to process it. I left with a very good feeling. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I believe Raj was instrumental in my pulling the trigger and going with Acura.
