My experience walking into Acura of Berlin was positive from the get go. Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted us and was very helpful in showing us and narrowing down what could be the right fit for us. He was very knowledgeable and the right combination of not pushy, but invested in the process. The test drive was great and I left really considering it, but needed to process it. I left with a very good feeling. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I believe Raj was instrumental in my pulling the trigger and going with Acura.

During my oil change service, I was updated on the progress of my car, shown video, and was told of other issues that needed to be fixed. I was able to get everything ordered and fixed by the next day. The communication and response was great. I was also able to get a service car so they could keep my car to fix all the repairs.

The dealership failed to honor my request for a loaner today. It was scheduled as part of the appointment when I arrived early to the appointment they did not have a loaner for me the service manager, and I got into a shouting match over her responsibilities to the customer.

I brought my vehicle in because the tire pressure sensor indicator was on. My tires were at a pressure of 18. I waited for 2 hours to be told they couldn’t find anything wrong. They gave the tires air and the sensors was gone and send me alone my way. When I woke up on Saturday morning my tires pressure indicator came back on and again tire pressure was about 16. I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in.
